Lexicon Harlot, now in technicolour

The new pink cardigan has gone to my head.

NOW not in technicolour. For those who missed it, this page had a brief but stimulating dalliance with green and purple, but due to alarmed advice from my near and dear has reverted to it-doesn't-matter-if-you're-black-or-white.

It's giving me eighties computer game flashbacks, especially what it does to the font of "Lexicon Harlot".

Eek. That doesn't sound entirely approving. Is this any better?

I like this much more. But don't be guided by my fickle tastes!

Black and white works much better with "bile beans" and I'm very fond of "bile beans".

I noticed that too, and was thinking of replacing Bile Beans with something more green and purple. I photographed the Bile Beans ad from the great stone wall round old York, so it's got nice associations.

Oh, I liked the other one. This is nice too. But the green was nice as well.

Thanks, LT. The white on black is v. stylish, but it's also what all the gels have. Green and purple's more my cup of tea, and I'm encouraged to hear that you're sympathetic to the combo, but persons with better design skills than I have more or less told me it was intolerable. I'll tinker in my spare time.

Don't think of it as black; think of it as layers of turquoise, purple, aqua, mauve, lilac, violet and green superimposed upon each other.

Lots of love,
