Relativism

A very big eggplant or a very small fifty cent piece? The epistemic conundra of modern life, courtesy of the Psarakos Veg Emporium.

N.B. My sister took this photo, but it was my local eggplant market.

I can top that, Mr Coffee and I bought an eggplant that had either a long nose or an erection. A Mr Eggplant with a Protruberance.

We took a pic, I should upload it sometime.

I cooked the Protruberance and let Mr Coffee eat it.

Another airing of that cinema classic 'Attack of the Ample Aubergine' ?

It really has to be an Ample Aubergine with Attitude. All the Attachments in the world just won't do it for me if the Eggplant doesn't have the right sultry swagger.

Let me warn you: We bought our Ample Aubergine at the markets while it was ripe and shiny and we propped it up in the kkitchen to admire in its Fruitfulness.

After a few days, we had to take it down. The Vege began to look a little down and its Protuberance looked as if it were sad and starting to shrivel.

We then decided to chop it!

However, it had its Proud Time for a few days and I suppose many other of Nature's Beasts would envy that.

I have tried and failed to love eggplant. The colour is one of my favourites but the innards don't live up to the promise.
