Who's this Felicity character then?

If thou didst ever hold me in thy heart,
Absent thee from felicity a while.

It's Osric. (Or Jahteh's mother.)

Felicity, older sister to Duplicity.

If you're looking for a tongue twister (and who isn't): Felicity's felicitations facilitate felicity in the facility.

Nah, it's Felicity Kendall - "Felicity, felicity, you fill me with electricity.."

Clearly it is a prescient reference to Felicity Porter, title character of the great 1990's TV show, Felicity, who was played by Keri Russell. Who could have imagined?

None of the above - she was the meek, mild, barely-get-a-peep-outta-her school friend of mine....who went on to become the biggest psycho nurse biatch and netball-mum-from-hell whom we all idolise (and she's been known to deal with Bank Managers with only her bare hands! Imagine!)

Felicity: life with her is anything but.

My mother-in-law's dead cat, who was nasty in life but much nicer in retrospect. She would deliberately attack passing children and enjoyed licking ear wax.

Does anyone think she might be Horatio's bit of crumpet?

Another mystery, why did Shakespeare choose to name his main character after a small English settlement? Or possibly a cigar, a band, or a fish?

Felicity Kennett is married to Jeff 'Boofhead' Kennett who would himself cast as an excellent Sir Toby Belch.
