Choc horror!

I've just harvested a fresh batch of fifteen-hundred word essays from my pigeon hole. One of my students has attached an envelope to his pigeon, and inside the envelope sit forty grams of chocolate frog. If this is what they call bribery, then I have to say I'm all for it.

If you also approved of bribery by crisps, then all of your students could chip in!

Only cowardly students try to bribe with chocolate freckles, though. Reckless feckless freckles!

I don't approve of bribery by crisps, though, and freckles are borderline (semi-decent chocolate, contaminated by hundreds and thousands). Bribery by Freddo, on the other hand, I support with my whole stomach.

Haigh's do freckles. Are Haigh's freckles higher up the scale or are you resolutely anti-hundreds and thousands? I noticed that they had a lot of the freckles last time I was there.

(These days I just go directly to whatever has the highest percentage of cocoa. There is no point bothering with anything less than the maximum hit).

I think I'd mark down if someone tried to bribe me with freckles. What's next - wooing with fairy bread?

I need more information before I pass judgement. Was the frog solid chocolate or cream filled? A cream filled frog means an automatic pass.
